A booking is confirmed when the retainer has been received. The retainer reserves your date and is non-refundable, because that date is turned away for other clients once it is held.

The balance is due on or before the day of the shoot unless a different schedule has been agreed in writing. Delivery timelines are quoted per package and begin from the date of the shoot.

Copyright in all photographs remains with the photographer. You receive an unlimited personal-use licence covering printing, sharing and social media. Commercial use, resale, and editing that materially alters the image require written permission.

If illness or an emergency prevents attendance, a replacement photographer of equivalent standard will be arranged, or the retainer will be refunded in full. Liability is limited in all cases to the total fee paid.

Rescheduling is possible subject to availability when requested at least thirty days before the shoot date.
